Executive life coach and mental wellness speaker Tracey Delfs has led over 75 mindfulness, meditation & yoga retreats for more than two decades. Tracey studied with world-renowned Zen and Mindfulness Master Thich Nhat Hanh for 15 years and shares his mindfulness teachings at her retreats.  4:00 PM - 7:00 PM | ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN - Shake off your travels and soak in the surrounding beauty. Embrace the magnificence that surrounds you.

 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM | WELCOME RECEPTION - Get acquainted with Tracey Delfs and fellow participants over appetizers and beverages.

SATURDAY

8:00 AM – 8:15 AM | GOOD MORNING SMOOTHIE

8:15 AM – 9:00 AM | MINDFUL MEDITATION DISCUSSION  -Discover effective strategies for overcoming meditation hurdles, establishing a regular meditation routine (or deepening your practice), and exploring the benefits meditation offers.

9:00 AM – 9:45 AM | GUIDED MEDITATION - Experience peace, presence, and gratitude through guided meditation suitable for all levels.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | THE POWER OF NOW DISCUSSIONExplore how to integrate mindfulness into daily activities to uplevel your ability to live in the present moment.

12:00 PM - 1:15 PM | MINDFUL NATURE WALK (in silence) - Silently savor the beauty of nature with Tracey, enhancing your present moment experience.

1:15 PM - 4:00 PM | FREE TIME - Explore Lake Louise and enjoy lunch at your leisure.

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM | CULTIVATING CALM DISCUSSION Learn strategies on calming the mind and living more in the present moment.

5:00 PM - 5:45 PM | MEDITATION AND DEEP RELAXATION - Relax and rejuvenate with a guided meditation session.

 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM | REST AND RESET - Center yourself before dinner.

6:45 PM - 9:00 PM | GROUP DINNER with TRACEY - Enjoy a health-conscious dinner with the group.

 12:15 PM - 1:30 PM | THE POWER OF PRESENCE DISCUSSION - Unlock inner peace, clarity, and courage through the practice of mindful presence to navigate change and challenges.
